The access to Secrets St James & Wild Orchid was amazing. Access to the the beach from Secrets was phenomenal. The multiple dining options was great and the warm welcomes from staff did not go unnoticed.

Everyone of the staff were so kind and helpful when it came to deciding where to eat and what activities to be doing! The resort was beautiful and there weren’t too many people this time of year which was exactly what we wanted! The Xhale club was great and the master suite and the ocean view was phenomenal!! We used our porch hottub every night!

We liked the hospitality of the staff, everyone was so nice, also the amazing views we had from our balcony ocean view room. The resort was overall really nice. Overall it was a great experience it’s just a few things that could be improved on.
