This property was absolutely beautiful and amazing! We loved all the food options, great bartenders and friendly/welcoming staff! Loved the 24/7 coffee shop with snacks too! We will definitely be back! Also, the gym was the best resort gym I’ve ever seen!

The resort is new and beautiful, big so a lot of walking required, clean , good food options, beach is nice but not very long , limited to the resort only , water is pretty shallow wish it was deeper for swimming especially on the adult side of the resort where the kids can’t go

Huge resort that never felt so big! Pools all over beach front beautiful! So many bars to choose from. Restaurants serving such amazing food! Rooms very spacious with amazing views. This is a beautiful property! It opened Nov 2024 and I took my husband there for his birthday in January. The friendly and hospitable staff made our stay very relaxing and fun. Our butlers, Richardo and Davel, were the best! Abigail, who works at the platinum lounge was the sweetest and helped to ensure my husband had a great celebratory week! Sue Ann- Dante, and Dwight were a few of our favorite bartenders/waiters. We look forward to visiting this resort again soon!!

Very friendly staff. Pool staff a little slow with getting waters and drink orders but because site quiet new-perhaps some growing pains. Front desk more than happy to receive feedback on how to make stay better. Food amazing! Decor outstanding. Will become a go to for future travellers. Every room with a view of the ocean Rooms could be a bit cooler settings -we were on fourth and top floor so wonder if this had anything to do with higher temp (24c)…

This new property is ramping up its occupancy to be sure everything is going well. Property, rooms, amenities, service and food were all excellent considering they have been focusing on the big things. There are minor “fit and finish” details that they have to addressed, but they did not affect the quality of our stay. Our butlers Davel and Richardo made the stay effortless. The food was the best we have experienced for an all-inclusive of which we’ve stayed at many. Having a private beach eliminated being continually approached by beach vendors. Overall, we would strongly recommend this resort.

Being relatively new, the resort was super chill, clean and beautiful. We loved the snorkeling excursions offered through Scuba Caribe (did them twice!) and everyone was super friendly and fun to talk to. Pretty much the only issue we had was with the elevators on the adult side seemed to be out of service a lot which was a little annoying with us being on the 4th floor. Minor inconvenience otherwise the resort is built to be very accessible and are very accommodating when you need help. Negril Beach is only a 15 min drive away so you can easily spend the day there and access other activities. We had a great week just relaxing. We'd definitely recommend this place for those looking for a chill resort.

We stayed on the adults, only side, and the service was impeccable, the food choices were the best that we’ve seen at an all inclusive and good combination of local cuisine and international cuisine. I enjoyed going to the gym and taking Pilates and yoga every day. The gym staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and helped me to change some habits I needed to. Overall, I would give this 9.5 out of 10 and would definitely come back again.

The entry gate makes you feel safe, I love the look of the property on arrival. Never did get my arrival drink that was offered to me in Platinum Club but still loved this property. The staff are very friendly and inviting. My butlers, Andre and Jessica, were great. Ricardo D at MVP lounge is great at making you feel welcomed. All staff were pleasant, even though the property wasn't very full because of just opening. I hope the comforting, peaceful feel remains when business picks up and rooms are full. I do plan to return to this property sooner than later. Love it!

I had a platinum swim up suite. It was beautiful! My butler, Thornille, went above and beyond constantly (including getting me a very personal/emotional) gift for my birthday. I never needed to ask him for anything since he was anticipating everything I would want or need before I knew that I needed it. The rest of the staff was incredible as well. Bartenders are friendly and efficient. I did have a few hiccups at check in and throughout my stay, but no one is perfect and they did everything they could to rectify the situations as they occurred. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone! And if you get Thornille as a butler, tell him I said hi!

Due to my city closing the airport because of a winter storm i was not able to leave expedia and this resort refused to change the dates without adding more fees and i bought trip protection a joke.so i was robbed by the resort and expedia.

Too early to visit. Staff is nice, but butler service is clingy and too worrisome to its guests (which came with our room). They did some good thing, but they became too involved in our trip and the experience was not good and did not the value we expected. At times they became overbearing and hovering over our vacation experience.
