"We had an amazing time with our family there. When we had any small issues, mr. Brown was very helpful and quick to react! Highly recommended host. The palapa and the ocean view were top notch! The walk to the private beach is short and no bother at all. "

"Excellent getaway for my wife and I. The restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed many different breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences. They had top notch bartenders and we recommend the swim up pool bar with Dino and LT. We already plan on coming back and bringing friends. This is the best place to stay in Negril!"

"There were loud beach parties with music that blared several nights. One night til 4a.m. The Treehouse had a party that was so loud and late. I called the front desk and my husband went to the location of the party and noise. No one was even attending this bash but it still kept going Negril is mostly older travelers and young families. Not partiers. We all come for the relaxed vibe and beautiful beaches. We may not return like many other guests stated. We left exhausted not rested."

"Spacious condo and perfect location on the amazing 7 mile beach with a nice large private balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Would have been nice to have better water pressure in the shower and a curtain on the bathroom window. Staff is wonderful and ocean front restaurant was good. "

"Beautiful property! Very big, sometimes found myself losing track of how to get places, but hotel staff was helpful. Def recommend Platinum. Our Butlers Thorni & Matthew were amazing! Sunset at the Palms Resort - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"SATP is a wonderful boutique resort. Adults only so very relaxing and chill. It is smaller so it has limited evening activities- so big partying types may want to look elsewhere. But if you want top notch service, good food, quiet relaxation, no crowds and access to the best beach in the area - this is THE place! We will be back for sure!"

Hideaway at Royalton Negril, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

"We stayed at Hideaway at Royalton Negril. It was perfect for us. The food was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment was good. It's located on a point so on the beach it was only people who were staying at Royalton allowed. There was no cross traffic from other resorts or locals trying to sell stuff. I felt completely comfortable leaving our items on our lounge chairs for extended periods of time while we ate, swam or whatever. What I really like was it had a mix of nice sandy beach and rocky shore so the beach sitting/ocean floating was great but also, the snorkeling was fantastic. I saw live conch for the first time, many starfish, different color sea urchins and tons of fish I couldn't begin to identify. "

Noisy and somewhat disappointing

"Several things were never explained to us. There was no greeting message except info about garbage, wifi, and entrance code. We had no dish towels for 5 days, requested a new frying pan and was told no until I said I would contact VRBO. The new frying pan rusted after the first use. Most days there was no hot water. A lovely patio was in the back, but we could not use it or keep windows open because the property backed onto the main highway. One bedroom had no dresser for clothes storage. On our last day we learned through others that there was a store, a path to Bloody Bay, and that there was food and produce delivery available. This would have been nice to know from day 1.The Villa itself was clean, the beds comfortable. The community was lovely and secure with a nice pool and beach access. "
