"The unsanitary no water situation is ridiculous. The first 3 days, no water for a shower. You could not flush the toilets. I had to demand them bring gallon jugs of dirty water. So we can flush the toilet. I got 3 showers. In 10 days I dn't know what's going on in Negril ll but it's getting ridiculous. No clean towels no clean sheets and nobody has an answer don't think you or Jamaica cares i could never take a guest there a beautiful section of beach totally neglected "

"The property is conveniently located close to many of the points of interests in Negril, like Rick`s Cafe. The rooms are in a beautiful historic house, are spacious, comfortable, very clean and stylish. What makes this place outstanding and wonderful is the host, Joyce who showered us with her hospitality, warmth, conversations, delicious breakfast, numerous tips/recommendations and a goodbye hug. Unforgettable stay and priceless value"

"The place was rin down and was nit clean . No water. They said the virbo price was incorrect and charged more at check in.we book for 2 nights only stay 1 and went somewhere else the next day."

"It was really a royal flush in the ass!!! After waiting for one and a half hours at 20.00 hours I received a message "Sorry, but the owner cancelled the booking " At that time of night in that area where there's no other accommodation we had to hurry to the next area 45 minutes drive away where we were lucky to find accommodation for the nights, the lady said that we were so lucky because she was just about to close for the night. I rather not speak my mind about this property owner or I'll say...

"The swimming and snorkeling was amazingly the staff was wonderful. It all depends what you arel ooking for . But for me it was perfectly wonderful and the staff was great we started every day with a swim and from there went exploring with car. Our room also had a kitchen and there are lots a fish "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. Though we were nervous about the idea of having a butler, we splurged for a platinum room, and we are so glad that we did. The room was fantastic with a comfortable bed, large living area, and beautiful shower. The jacuzzi on the balcony was simply amazing and the view was stunning. Our Butlers, Dujohn and Michael were wonderful. They will be as involved or as uninvolved as you prefer. They were quick to check in with us daily and always made dinner reservations for us so we never had a wait. We really enjoyed the staff in the platinum area, particularly Jason in the lobby area, Monique in the dining area, and Oshea in the bar area. Their customer service was top notch. All of the dining areas were enjoyable but we particularly enjoyed the food truck, the Pearl, Robert’s Flame Steakhouse, and Fusion. The entertainment each evening was spectacular. The live band, the Hollywood show, the Silver Bird Steel Band, the cultural shows, and the piano bar were our favorite. There is so much to do and see if you want to stay busy, but there is also plenty of space to just rest and relax. The gym was the best we’ve ever seen at a resort. We were so pleased with our experience and hope to make it back some day. "

"Absolutely beautiful. We stay in the diamond club area and it was so quiet. They upgrade our room complimentary and it was huge. The resort was so clean and relaxing. We cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend with or without kids. Super long beach with the ability to walk even past other resorts. We stayed on the beach all day and never felt crowded. "
