"Upon arrival, everyone makes you feel special. As soon as we walked in, they popped a bottle of champagne and asked us about our travel. We were immediately greeted by someone connected to expedia to confirm our arrival and departure information. The hotel was beyond clean. The people who work there are cleaning all day. "I've been to this resort during the pandemic (2022) so i wanted my husband to experience this for his birthday as well. We ended up becoming a diamond member. Food/drinks was great, wish we could have stayed longer. Shout out to kedesha,Jaheem,Tasha, Brian our butler for a short time and another young lady Shanae i think lol. But a few concerns, our toilet seat was broken, while taking a shower water got all over the floor. But overall i will def recommend this resort. "
