Loved this resort the only part i did not like is that we arent able to drink at palace which makes no sense when i had access to riu montego bay, i went to the pool at the palace and a security told me i had to leave, so embarrassing i had to get out the pool infront of a crowd of people

Our bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The shower head displayed hair and dirt, I’m assuming from the previous guest. Also had to beg for wash cloths and didn’t receive any until the next day after I took them off a cart myself. Needed a ride to the pharmacy as well and the RIU transporter charged us 60USD to go 10 minutes up the road. Ridiculous

Very disappointed in Riu Reggae Resort Montego Bay Jamaica! Property needs a major overhaul! The hallway smelled and was dirty. The food was average, the specialty steakhouse which we made a reservation for a complete joke!! Rubbery grey looking steak. Just awful. The rooms did not have real beds (rolling carts) not attached to the wall head broad. The staff inattentive. Our first trip to Jamaica to the dump!! The pictures online are deceiving. We were highly disappointed.

The staff at the Riu Reggea is absolutely amazing!!. The pool entertainment team made each day fun and packed with things to do. Only thing we had issue we had, fan in our room extremely noisy.
