We like the attention and services the staff provided us alway making sure we where happy and satisfied with all. However, in the breakfast buffet the dring services was laking. Wait a long period of time sometimes we finish eating and the dring was not In the table. One time we were getting out food and when came back to the table someone else was already seating in our table leaving us standing with our plates in hands. Then one of the waiter apologized and give us another table.

Disappointed My wife and I arrived after having a delayed flight, to be greeted by no one, no drinks no warm smiles, just to stand in a long line. It felt Short staffed, seemed forever just to check in, just for them to tell us that they don’t have the room that I booked available, without offering no upgrade or compensation & apology. After expressing myself, they only had three rooms to pick from so we picked the best one and made the best of it. Being as though we’re only here for four days. So we thought until we got to the room where we found painted over light switch covers, shower door unhinged the room generally unkept not clean . recess lighting fall from ceiling, pictures removed,telephone not working. TV stand and dresser drawers a jar (See pictures) (Sidenote) the room did have two balconies and a good view of the bay. Room service took forever . if ordering food to your room before 11:00 AM, you have to pay out-of-pocket !. Transportation from golf carts was a joke never showed up. The general morale of all of the staff was subpar , no good mornings when walking around the resort. The only good mornings we received was from staff trying to sell you a spa treatments. The restaurant was OK for what it was. You had to make reservations for more than half the restaurants, which I suggest making before getting there, but also they should be compensating for people who don’t know to do so. Apparently must have certain attire on, which is also not mentioned

This property ran out of items on a daily. My daughter was having an asthma attack and the pool bar did not have water. Of all thimgs water. Food was mediocre, however, jerk hut and sports bar were the best. Jerk hut, did not habe jerk pork on the 2nd day, 1 bar had no rum, 1 bar had no rum cream. Just a mess trying to get a decent drink. Our room had roaches, we killed a total of 3. I will not stay at this resort again or chain for that matter. I would tell everyone to pick a different resort for your vacation.

The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa is a beautiful property with stunning architecture and well-maintained grounds, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The customer service did not meet the high expectations set by the resort’s advertisements. Requests were often delayed, such as when we asked for a blanket at 9 pm but didn’t receive it until after midnight. Additionally, our mini fridge wasn’t working upon arrival and, after it was replaced, was never restocked daily as promised. The food was also underwhelming—often bland, served at room temperature, and occasionally off-tasting. This was true across several meals, making dining a less enjoyable part of our experience. To make matters worse, my wife was insulted by a male bartender one evening, which is simply unacceptable for any resort. We also had to pay extra for two lobsters at the seafood restaurant despite the all-inclusive package. While we don’t mind paying for quality, the overall experience didn’t justify the additional cost. For the price of this resort, we expected far better service and a smoother, more relaxing vacation. Management should address these issues to better meet guest expectations.
