Very nice property and lovely beach however trying to get a drink at the pool bar was horrible. I felt s great deal of disorganization and we missed our tour to Dunns River as the nexxus tour woman gave us the wrong pickup time and we have not received a refund. Great property. Staff was always friendly, accommodating, and flexible. Drinks did seem a bit watered down in regular areas. We wish there were more premium options outside of the diamond club places. We also wish there was a mini bar in the room since we did upgrade to diamond club. Sales pitch was a bit pushy but I guess that’s what we signed up for to listen to. Would definitely return though because rooms and service was great.
