"The property and apartment is unkept and needs major remodeling. Everything is old and rusted. The front door lock is broken.Safety issues are a major problem.The electricity went out.The light in the bathroom went out and electric socket in the bathroom don't work. Customer service at the office is absolutely horrific.No answer when I called and no returned calls No repair and replacement were ever made..I received housekeeping one time the entire stay plus no toilet paper were ever...

"The property is in a great location right on the Hip Strip. My room had a mushy smell but was reasonably clean.. It was an old condo so your room has a kitchen and all necessary utensils. Definitely not suitable for families with small children as there were many safety concern in the room. There was no internet for 2 days and no one was responsible to give an answer. All the other properties around us had internet.."
