With this service,location and a good price my son and i will be back when staying in Melbourne. Just a very simple greeting and giving a little extra help from the lovely lady is great customer service. A big Five Stars."

"Parking very convenient to hotel and shopping. Loved the 11am checkout time. One small improvement is that you could specify on your website that the car parking allows you to stay parked until midnight on the day that you checkout as this was not clear when booking - otherwise everything was excellent especially the staff who were quick, efficient and clear with instructions and information."

"1. The airconditioning was not working properly. It was a hot balmy evening. The aircon was not cooling the room. 2. There were no drinking glasses in the room. 3. The ceiling is unpainted, no treatments applied. Bare concrete visible. Looks unsightly."
