"Very nice hotel. Room is small but that is how hotel is in Tokyo. A little out of the busy area but we like quiet environment. The front desk is very nice and helpful. We will stay again if we come back. "

"This hotel is great but the staff are next level. Special shout out to Philip from the baggage services who was so friendly and when he saw me in the elevator with my cases I was leaving with them he took them from me and had a nice chat. Hotel in general is nice, we had the executive room which is also really useful but 2 things I would improve 1) should be a seperate check in desk for executive rooms 2) should have soft drinks in cans to take out to your room. "

"We landed in Tokyo very early in the morning but we were able to store our luggage and other stuff in the hotel. The staff were friendly there and the room was clean. Overall, the environment was pretty good."
