"unfortunately, when i got in the room the towels in the bathroom were on the floor and long black haris in the tiolet and the seat was up. Trying to overlook that the desk and side bed table were not wiped as they had glass and show dirt, finger prints, and hopefully just oil marks on them. However, the staff was extremely helpful and apologetic. They moved quickly to clean it up and make everything right. "

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel was modern and sleek however several things could be improved. In the hotel room a table would be nice. The bathroom could use a few more hooks, the shower needs a safety bar. I did like the shower head and simplicity of operation. Really need to replace the very scratchy toilet paper. Outside hotel where taxis pick up a bench is necessary. Many older folks would really appreciate a wheelchair going from parkade to hotel room. For extended use of a...
