"My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights before Christmas. The location is very convenient to Times Square and the Broadway theaters (we only had a 10 to 15 minute walk to most places we wanted to go). The hotel is clean and safe. Love the vibe of the lobby. Yes, the room was small, but we expected that for NYC. Our only complaint was the heat was not working well in our room (we were there when the lows were 14 at night & mid-20s during the day). I set the heat to 68, but it never got above...

"Brittany was AMAZING. She acknowledged my daughter’s birthday. She needs a raise and every employee should strive to be like her. She was literally the best. Hard Rock was able to accommodate a high floor request. Room service and housekeeping were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the bathtub and heated floors. The doorman helped with bags and answered any questions we had. I can’t say enough good things. Will absolutely be back. "
