"A really great & convenient hotel to stay at. Its right off of the Shin-Urayasu station. It has a 24hr Lawsons. The amenities room & luggage locker room is convenient. The lobby lounge area is great for unwinding after a day of exploring or visiting the Disney parks. The room sizes just about match "Western" sizes. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Small room as is expected in Tokyo. However the amenities in the room were excellent - even had a hair straightener. The room was comfortable. Each floor also has a station for cold and hot water. Likewise the lobby on the 3rd floor provided seating with a good view, tea, coffee, water and juice. The hotel location is great for transport via metro etc. Ginza is a very safe area for a solo traveller. I couldn’t fault this hotel and will definitely stay here next time I’m in Tokyo."

"Hotel is conveniently located next to Shibuya train station, Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Hachi statue, convenient stores, restaurants, and Mark City building with many food and confectionary vendors. Lots of bento box meals Staff (fluent English) are super friendly and helpful. At least one or two staff stand in front of registration area waiting to assist hotel guests. If you need a taxi, they'll arrange one for you, wait is less than 10 minutes. They even escort you to the pick up area....
