"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

This place is in a local neighborhood and is very calm and quiet. There are local restaurants near by. Transportation is good and close to Disneyland. One bus away from property."

Open space designs and roomy, Japanese heated toilet upstairs and down, separate Japanese shower/Bath, washing machine, Modern Japanese kitchen, outside patio with large table, lighting inside/out, each room own air conditioning settings. outside clean parking for two. Very quite neighborhood. Close to main road near beach. "

"Our family of two adults and one child called this property home upon our arrival into Tokyo and couldn't have asked for a better location. It's easy walking distance to several subway stops, the Shibuya area, and a number of local coffee places, restaurants, and shops. It was easy to find, easy to check in to, communication was great, and the personalized note and water/snacks waiting for us was a nice touch. The property itself was very clean and everything was easy to use. Highly recommended...
