This is especially true when considering cleanliness, safety, noise, etc.. our stay was great, good people, well kept, safe, quiet when it was time to be. Only thing is we had a crazy snorer in our area but what can you do, he needs sleep just like us right ;)"

"Just spent quick night sleep before taking a first bullet train next morning. Overall location and price were excellent. However, the locker was pretty small. I had normal size backpack it almost wont fit the locker. Carry on and checkin size suitcase were not fit and they had to place in front of the locker. FYI. Wish female also had a sauna! That's my wish :) "

"This hotel has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body the ones on my arm swelled up the entire upper portion and weaped fluid. I had to cut my stay short. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said she would talk to the president about my refund then told me I would receive a full refund. I have tried reaching out to the hotel about that refund but have gotten no reply. I would recommend staying anywhere else"

"The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee. I think she thought we were going to assume that she spoke English because she wasn't Japanese and that's probably the reason why she didn't want to deal...
