"Excellent value for the cost of the room. lobby is modern but the rooms are dated (but clean). Small crack in sink porcelain, some set in stains in carpet but it was clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Felt very safe and super convenient location near Shinagawa station. 7/11 on the property was amazing to have! Would easily stay here again!"

"We traveled here with kids and elderly. Great facilities and dining options in the hotel, everyone enjoyed the breakfast and services. Location is good, it’s close to a few lines and JR station, with easy parking option on the street for short period of time. It’s walking distance to all the izakaya, yakitori options nearby Shimbashi Station, 10 min walk to Ginza shopping area. Overall had very great experience here, would recommend to friends and families. "

"The shower walls had some mold spots. Staff cleaned them once we reported this condition. We inquired about getting a late check-out since our flight wasn’t till 6:00 pm. However, the hotel wanted to charge us approx. 5,000 yen for two hours so we declined. We are not used to having to pay for late check-out. We have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last 2 1/2 years but next time we visit Tokyo, we will consider staying at another property."

"Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent location, close to station (within 5 min. walk), many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Clean hotel and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, English speaking staff available. Hotel has all amenities such as restaurants, daily room cleaning, room service, pool for extra fee, spa, laundry service, etc. Airport Limousine bus goes right to the hotel, they also have a bus that comes to the hotel for Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, which was nice....

First and foremost for the excellent service, location, direct connection to subway, limousine bus directly to hotel and vice versa, rooms well maintained and awesome amenities. Special thanks to housekeeping, laundry service staff for finding my daughter’s AirPod before it went to the washing machine. Thank you for a very nice stay."

"Great stay for a couple of nights. We had a bit of trouble finding the entrance as the ground floor of the mall was closed so we completely missed the entrance. Room was an okay size by Tokyo standards and the location is super convenient! Great view of Shibuya Crossing from the room and lobby. "

"We loved the Park Hotel Tokyo, which was modern, comfortable and filled with amazing art throughout each floor and the huge atrium lobby. The room was small but comfortable with great views of Tokyo Tower, Mt Fuji in the distance and the Imperial Palace. The room was very modern and well appointed. There was a window seat, which was great to relax and take in the view."

"We had an 18 hour layover on our way back to the States. Rather than sleeping in the airport, we decided to spend the night at a hotel and kill time in the city during the day while we wait for our evening flight. We arrived past midnight and check in was easy. Front desk staff was helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in Terminal 2 of Haneda Airport which can be accessed via the free airport shuttle that operates til 1:15 a.m. Our flight arrived in Terminal 3 and we missed the last shuttle...

"Convenient spot to walk to different areas of Shibuya and Omotesando. Hotel has both a cafe and restaurant downstairs, and Starbucks just outside at the roof top park! Connected to the mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Room is clean and spacious, very nice deco. Big windows to view the city. Next to train track, fun to watch the trains. The noise didn't bother us, but for those who want quiet room might need to rethink. Highly recommend."
