"Staff were courteous and efficient. Property is in a nice location and the whole facility is beautiful. Maintenance is remiss in some areas. Our patio sliding door needed new rollers and the safe did not work. I believe the safe needed a new battery. Some destruction was being done on a structure near our room and constant jackhammer noise was annoying."

"We have vacationed in Mexico about 5 times, but this was our first time in Puerto Vallarta. Out of all the resorts we have been to, this one had the most attentive staff with the best customer service. Our room was on the 9th floor, and the most public elevators were undergoing some maintenance, so we were required to use the service elevators.
