"Our stay at the Hilton Hotel in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful, well-kept, and located right on a clean, swimmable beach with stunning ocean views. The atmosphere is peaceful yet vibrant, and everything on the property is conveniently close. There are several restaurants and a few pools throughout the hotel, giving plenty of options without ever needing to leave the property. All the entertainment took place outdoors and was truly fantastic—fun, lively, and perfect for enjoying the tropical evenings. A special thanks to Fernando Vidal, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He was helpful, kind, and made us feel welcomed every step of the way. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway in Puerto Vallarta!"

"I love staying at the Krystal Grand, however there are a few things that I think need attention. The sports bar desperately needs new tables and chairs. And around the pool and by the taco stand there needs to be new tables and chairs. Otherwise, the place is great!"

"First time staying at an all-inclusive property. Everything was great during our stay. About 15-20 taxi ride from the airport with direct access to the beach. Friendly staff and the entertainment team is always ready to vibe with positive energy during shows and activities. "
