"This is a dream! Unbelievable beautiful! Balcony with palm trees, pool, it has charme and is very unique. At first I was not clear about the adults only, but it only means there are no kids running around. It is quiet, has an AC. Beautiful views. Staff is kind. Very much recommend to arrive here in this special place. "

",Beautiful comfortable setting. Friendly, helpful staff. We will try to book here again, if visiting PV area. The beach is nearby and has great facilities to spend the day. Dog friendly too! Good restaurants nearby. We loved Shrimp and Beer. Best fried shrimp I ever and we have lived in Florida. Also liked Barracuda restaurant’s molecajete."

"One of my best stays ever. The place is a beautiful, serene, meticulous little oasis in the hills, just far enough from the hustle and bustle but easily accessible. The courtyard room was beautiful, comfortable and private, and the rooftop plunge pool was my nightly hangout. "Hosts: Extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help me get items I needed for the next stage of my trip. Room and building: Excellent. Atmospheric with lots of character, and a view of palm trees from my window. Cool with AC and a powerful fan. Big garden area which is nicely lit at night, with swinging chairs, recliners and a pool. "

"It was horrible experience. I didnt even stay at this place. I made reservation through expedia and the host mentioned he never got the reservation on his end. To make things worse, he said he was all booked and had no more rooms. I had my family with me and had to look elsewhere for a night's stay. Im glad i called him a head of time and found out. Or else i would've showed up without anywhere to stay. The host said it has been years since they have used expedia. Expedia, please remove hotel...

"This hotel is very nice and clean. It has beautiful views, it's relaxing. Staff is very, very helpful. Even though it is not located on the beach is still a great choice to stay. I highly recommend it. "

"We come to Riu first time. We like this resort and most probably will comeback next vacation. The stuff at the front desk very professional and good communication in English. The food in buffet, Italian and stake house restaurants very good. The services is good too. The room is clean. We like the beach very much. "

"This was the best Riu Palace we have ever stayed at. The property, staff, food, everything was outstanding. Maria greeted us each morning for breakfast and knew exactly what we drank for breakfast and took great care of us. Bartenders Polo, Minny Me and Reuben are the best! Mario helped us when our shuttle service was late by calling and finding out what happened. Every single staff person was helpful and friendly. Grounds are beautiful. This place is amazing and so clean!! The food is outstanding. Steakhouse, Italian and Sportsbar is the way to go. We travel alot and this place is top notch!!"

"The entertainment manager Caesar does a wonderful job with the staff. He was reliable and attentive. Kudos to you Caesar!!!!!! Mark and Denise were very helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay. The only con I have is the housekeeping just made the bed and replace the towels. I had to ask specifically to get the room swept and mop as the floor was sticky with sun screen. Other than that we really enjoy our stay. "
