"Entertainment staff were fun and amazing! Pepe and Eric have so much energy! Variety of activities too. Buffet and Kulinarium - best food! All the bartenders were great and great service including bartenders w carts around the pool. Never had to wait to get a table for dinner. I was most excited for the steakhouse but my dinner parties steaks were so overcooked. Ordered medium and got well done. That is really my only complaint. Beach was fun - definitely grab the boogie boards! You do have to get up early and claim pool chairs (recommend 7 am). All in all very fun and very pleased - would go back again ! "

"This was the perfect getaway for us. Spent 2 weeks at the Mio. The rooms were clean and modern with decent house keeping. They have purified ice and water machines on every floor so you can keep your bottle topped up. Free secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Initially, we had the room 347 right under the gym, some users got there very early in the morning and was very loud banging from dropping dumbbells or stacks, the front desk promptly moved us to a better room. I would recommend they delay the gym opening until 8am for the sake of the guests below. The gym is nice and air conditioned btw. The roof top pool is amazing, plenty of room to get a good spot in the morning. We opted for the breakfast which usually was a very good buffet but a few days were a-la-cart. Not as many options but still excellent. To get to the beach you do have to walk a block or so down to public access but that is ok, a walk will do you good. short walk to the mall and Starbucks at Paradise Village. A few good restaurants next door. Overall, for the good price, it is excellent value and experience. "

"My wife is very particular. Sh inspects cups, looks for hair- brings her own cleaning supplies. She didnt have to do much because the room was perfectly clean. Fun atmosphere with lots to do. definitely coming back again"
