This is a great property the food is ok but the drinks were amazing. Dont get the Wagyu steak at the Chinese restaurant it is 372.00 american and it came out gray and tasted weird. The rooms are insane and amazing.

We just returned from our second trip to Hotel Mousai. The food and service are excellent. The check in was quick and easy and the property is clean and well kept. There is construction at the beach that can be heard from your room. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

We had an amazing time at this resort. The food and staff were excellent. However be aware of using resort credits. My brother and sister in law got charged $2500 dollars at the end of their stay for using resort credits. They were told they could use these towards dinners, drinks and other services the resort offers however this was not true. It appears to be some sort of bait and switch. Very bad customer service the ac broke in the middle of the night and there was no one in the front desk and no one will answer the phone ...... very bad for an ultra corner suite 800 dls a night ..... this was my second time there b im never going back

This is my favorite place I have stayed in the world. The views are amazing, the food is delicious, and the amenities are top notch. Best of all is the service. From Alan at the pool to Simon at breakfast, they provide exceptional service while being personable and fun. We have been twice and are already planning our third visit.
