"Love the resort the only thing is that we weren’t able to check in early and check out late they wanted us to pay more money! I have never had that at any resort I travel all the time. Spending time in the lobby is waste of my holiday."

"I loved this resort. It was clean, the staff was friendly, fun and very happy to accommodate. The resort is large and lots of room. The cons….the pool is not heated, it’s very cold. The two speciality restaurants are very difficult to reserve, leaving many to eat in the buffet, which was not good. Our bed was very hard, all staff could offer was more bedding to lay on to help soften it. Housekeeping didn’t get to cleaning our room until after 4pm each day….until I complained and they...

"Food was excellent, other than poor choice of beverages in mini-bar. Activities were severely lacking. For example, there was a fitness activity at 10 A.M. just once a week. There were no bicycles, no tennis courts, not much to do other than beach volleyball twice a day. One boogie board, when 20 were needed. "

"We love how relax we were in this place. Room was great, clean and a lot of space for the four of us. Food was delicious. Love the buffalo cauliflower. The cocktails were nicely made and delicious. They had a lot of activities for the kids and parents. Thank you Edith and the team for all the fun activities. All employees look happy and always really helpful. "
