"Convenient spot to walk to different areas of Shibuya and Omotesando. Hotel has both a cafe and restaurant downstairs, and Starbucks just outside at the roof top park! Connected to the mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Room is clean and spacious, very nice deco. Big windows to view the city. Next to train track, fun to watch the trains. The noise didn't bother us, but for those who want quiet room might need to rethink. Highly recommend."

They have amenities by the front desk. you can grab what you need when you need them. They are always filling it up. "Hotel really close to 2 different subway lines and within 10 mins walk to zojoji temple and Tokyo tower. Not really near shopping but is a safe area with offices (next to NEC) . Very good view from 1707 room as it was a suite . Can see morning sunrise. 14th floor lounge has free flow wine from 5-8pm daily . Bathtub was perfect and toilet has great natural sunlight "
