"I really liked my stay here in a lot of ways it was excellent, my only gripe would be that climbing the ladder to the top bunk was mildly cumbersome and if you're not in good physical condition, it's going to be very difficult. The ladder also has a sticky white resin that gunks up the hand when clasped to climb the ladder... that said, the capsule was more spacious than more, the location was epic, & the hostel runs a cafe so you can chill/socialize with people that you've met if you're into...

"The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee. I think she thought we were going to assume that she spoke English because she wasn't Japanese and that's probably the reason why she didn't want to deal...

"The staff were awesome. Really close to station, but was in a walkable area. The only negative is the capsule doors aren't very wide, but easy enough to deal with Another guest decided to do laundry at 1 am but thats not the properties fault. "

"This hotel has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body the ones on my arm swelled up the entire upper portion and weaped fluid. I had to cut my stay short. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said she would talk to the president about my refund then told me I would receive a full refund. I have tried reaching out to the hotel about that refund but have gotten no reply. I would recommend staying anywhere else"
