"We chose this hotel based on the good reviews. Staff were really friendly & very attentive to our needs. We were given the option to pay for an upgrade at a discounted price but we chose to stay in the room we had originally selected. The room was a good size, modern, clean & comfortable. There were treats in the room which were replenished when our room was cleaned. The bathroom was really modern and had all the toiletries you’d need. Location was good too, Grosvenor Park was just across the road and the main town centre was a few minutes walk away. We left our car in Pepper St car park for 48hours and paid the hotel discounted rate of £24 when we left. Would highly recommend this hotel, we loved it. "

"Staff were friendly, dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The room was comfortable and spacious for a family of four. Spa was outstanding and the children enjoyed the adventure hunt. A great place to stay!"

"The hotel is beautiful ! It has kept its art deco style beautifully .we had a double bed bedroom which faced the front -this room was immaculately clean and had bath robes etc in there too . The breakfast was plentiful and really tasty ! The staff across the whole hotel were really helpful and we were welcomed with a smile by everyone ! "

"Had an amazing night with my partner for her birthday. The room was impeccable as were all of the staff with whom we interacted with. The breakfast was phenomenal, have to say the best cooked breakfast I've ever had. The scrambled eggs are soo tasty. But yes, a very pleasant and enjoyable evening in a an amazing room. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the future."
