The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant experience. The restaurant and rooftop bar were exceptional, providing an amazing atmosphere along with outstanding food and beverages. In contrast, our dinner at Kosa at Ace Hotel was disappointing and did not meet the high standards set by Nohga. "Excellent location. Beautiful, new apartment. Big enough for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 pre-teens) comfortable large beds. Fully equipped Kitchen and wash/dryer in the room (super convenient, specially if you travel light, like us) Walking distance from lots of tourist attractions We also drove to Kyoto from Tokyo. There is a public parking lot right across the road from the property (it cost us about 5000 yen for three days) Checkin was all online and super easy to do. You then get a code for the lobby and for your apartment’s door. Will definitely stay again whenever we are back in Kyoto "
