"Every staff member I came across did go above and beyond. On my second morning cleaner saw me staring at a sign . She asked if she could help. Not only did she point me in the right direction, she repeated the instructions giving landmarks of where to turn. Very helpful staff and I would definately recommend and stay at Mandalay Bay again. The beach area is awesome!! My room was awesome I did not have any problems or concerns . "

"The pool was a very relaxing environment, the property was very clean. The room was clean but sink drain was pluged with hair, hole in wall on hinges that accessed the plumbing would not stay closed, tub was rusted around out side, paint worn off around many edges of door frame to bathroom. Overall enjoyed my stay and was well pleased with the politeness of the staff in all areas. "

"It is a beautiful hotel. The location is great if you intend to visit the strip. There were many restaurants and entertainment options to chose from and we loved them all. It is Vegas - know that there is smoking allowed in the casino and at NYNY, the casino is in the lobby so walking through ALOT of smoke is inevitable. There really is no escaping it. The pool is quite small."
