HVAC blew cold air (66 degrees) all night and could not turn off or change temperature to Heat. It had an "A2" in temp reading location and could not alter. Even turning Off the System still ran all night and blew cold air into room. Unacceptable !! Loved room but this HVAC malfunction was unpleasant.

We liked how convenient the location was. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. It was clean & we the restaurants and casino. Pinkbox is to die for!!!!! What we didn't like. The bathroom was tiny! Eliminate the wall that made a dedicated toilet and tub room. The sink was outside of the bathroom itself. Make it one large room. And the shower! Created for very short people. Someone 6 feet tall has to stoop to wash their hair.

Is at the foot of Fremont in old Vegas. Decent place that’s way cheaper that the Strip. Vegas isn’t cheap anymore but the Plaza is a far more economical option in an area you aren’t trapped.

Comfort is not the first thing you think of when staying at the Plaza. Beds are hard and very uncomfortable, pillows are terrible, sink is very inconvenient since it takes up the entire counter space, lighting is poor and the shower/toilet area is very small and I'm not a large person. Air conditioner is loud and smells horrible. Check in and out was fine, but the entire stay was so uncomfortable that I would ever stay at this establishment again.

The property is somewhat outdated. The remote to our tv barely worked. The drain in the shower was clogged. When you enter the casino and the surrounding casinos there’s a weird smell, kinda like sewage. Other than that it was a great place to stay. There are many food options in the hotel/casino.

The Plaza is one of my favorite places to stay on Fremont Street. It is a large hotel and casino with the feel of a small hometown hotel.
