From the minute we arrived the staff were so lovely , it was my birthday and they really went the extra mile to make it very special. The room was stunning , very kind personal touches , spa was just so zen , food was fantastic , breakfast and service was particularly superb , loved the games room and went for lovely country walks. "Lovely old manor house but due to the late arrival and being dark could not enjoy what would have been a really nice garden and surrounding area. Good food in the restaurant, though £4.50 for a bottle of still water seemed excessive but everything else was good. Polite friendly staff, and would stay there again and hopefully enjoy the grounds and gardens next time."
