Helpful reception staff but: tiny, uninviting reception area, closes at 8pm. Car park: free nut not enough spaces, adjacent station car park charges £5:60, not refunded by hotel (arbitrary extra gor some - unacceptable, caused minor friction at reception so not fair on staff either). "

"Very nice and friendly clean and comfortable good car parking only one little down side for me no shower curtain and you have to hold the shower head with one hand while trying to wash with the other shower needs fitting to the wall other than that a great stay good food and priced very reasonable would I stay again hell yes just have to have a bath "

"Good location and overall staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is freshly cooked for each guest however it finished at 9am weekdays which was for us a bit early. We had an executive room booked for 2 nights and on arrival after 7pm we had no hot water in the bathroom, which after a long journey was disappointing to say the least. Reception staff had to reset boiler (apparently known problem) and we waited almost 2 hours to get hot water and the water pressure from the taps was poor as...
