"Good for what we needed. Tea and coffee facilities were great. Iron and Hairdryer included in the room was a good touch, first time I've ever needed to use them and they worked. The pool was ok, slightly too busy, but we did use it at peak time (evening). Great stay."

We were a bit disappointed though we came back to the hotel for a drink in the bar,i went upstairs to change my shoe's my husband phoned me and said fetch the card down he tried to pay for drinks with cash and was told it was card payment only,I don't think that is fair I think it should be both options, my husband doesn't carry his card so if i hadn't been there i don't know what would have happened. "Great place to stay for a few days. I was looking for somewhere just outside of Cardiff for a few days for a break on my way down to London, turned out to be a very convenient stay and great value too. My room was nicely heated, comfortable bed, good water pressure and clean. The Hotel has a nice bar downstairs for a Friday night drink (very quiet too). Staff were quite friendly and there were a few good options for local cafes and restaurants. It's a good choice and good value. I only stayed...
