Booked a massage in the Spa and Eloise the beautician was amazing, she was so kind and friendly, the massage was wonderful, highly recommend. Over all good stay "

"I booked this hotel very last minute just for a short impromptu break. I mostly picked it for location and that it had a good mix of low cost and reasonable reviews. It worked perfectly well for the stay. The room was a good size and had all the things you might expect. It did seem to be pretty hot even with the radiators switched off. The windows would open, but it was quite noisy outside when that was the case (my room pointed out to the front with the Italian gardens and various pubs, also...
