The room was clean and cozy, warmed up well considering it was 0° outside! Spacious rooms, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing. Would most definitely recommend. Would suggest the NCP bellgrave plaza parking was literally a 3 minute walk away and paid £11.95 for 25hrs stay. "

Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). Minor things but room to improve easily. Otherwise, I had a good night here and would return. Thank you. "
