The high ceiling in the living/2nd bed area was nice and contributed to the majestic feel.There were however a few things that could have been better. "Check in was very easy and the guy at the desk was friendly. My room was nice but there were a few issues such as the heated towel rail not working (it would switch on for a few minutes and then turn off). Other than that the room was great and cleaned to a perfect standard. "
