Exceptionally rude front desk lady who refused to check me in, saying that I needed to pay for the booking - even though I had proof that it had already been fully paid for on Expedia. She then accused me of calling her a liar - which I did not. Literally left me standing there for more than 10 minutes and ignored me, checking others in and then walking away. It wasn’t until another of her colleagues saw me and asked why I was still waiting, that I finally got checked in. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be treated like sh*t.

Stayed here for the night before an early flight. Only a two minute walk to Departures so it’s in an ideal location. The room was modern and comfortable and quite roomy. Lovely bathroom and great shower. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel & facilities. Stayed here following a delayed flight & only a 2 minute walk to the airport. Restaurant was very good for dinner & breakfast. Quiet considering it's right next to the airport. Staff friendly & helpful.
