"Awful and uncomfortable. Very noisy didnt sleep all night. I was in a room with a church right by the window and the bells went off every hour. Lots of late night activity outside and inside. Fridge made a noise all night . They advertised a tv in room...and there was not one . "

"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. "The accommodation was clean, parts of the floor need attention, bathroom was clean with 1 towel and loo roll. Initial communication was fine but the tv nor internet wasn’t working so any coms re these issues absolutely not response, event tried calling but no answer. "I’m not sure how this man even has the audacity to put this place on Expedia. The toilet and kitchen were filthy, to the point where I went out and bought cleaning stuff with my own money to clean the bathroom. I was concerned that showering in there would leave me more dirty than I went in. The info also says “entire apartment” it was not an apparent, it was a house with multiple rooms and we had one of them. There was certainly at least 3 other people on it at the same time as us. "Please be aware this is a shared kitchen. The property is on a working farm which is off the main road and nice and quiet. Difficult to find the entrance. Look out for the small sign for lower field farm go down a long farm track and you get to the farm. The property could do with some TLC but over all ok. "

"I cannot recommend this beautiful cottage enough. It was practically perfect in every way. Maggie is fabulous and her homemade Victoria sponge is to die for. You will not want to leave this chocolate box of a cottage no matter how long you stay. Best rental I’ve ever stayed in. "

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "
