"Hotel was at a great location, room is large and in good shape. Staff everywhere were great. Elevator works very well for an old building. A few items: Cleaning is not thorough. Our safe didn’t work for the whole time and had to call them to manually open it on a daily basis. Breakfast is good but limited options and things mostly run out quick. "

"Great hotel. Definitely met my expectations and more. The location is quite convenient and only a short ride from/to the airport. The close proximity to the ocean is also another major advantage as you can walk onto the bocagrande beach in 2 mins. Dining options are a bit limited at the hotel. But plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was also another one of my most favorite places at this hotel. So was 51 Sky Bar. "

"This property is huge. I love that they have a seafood restaurant (Oceana) near the beach. It’s beautiful in the evening. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Didn’t get to enjoy the spa services because of the pricing. A couple’s massage was $500USD. Aside from that, the pool was clean and cool (not cold at all). The beach was just ok. They do however have plenty of chairs, cabanas and even swings at the beach. Also, the bar service and good options were amazing. I highly recommend staying here. It is about a 30min drive from old city but nothing a taxi can’t fix. I would definitely stay here again."
