"Awesome stay. Front desk helped with making a reservation for dinner. This was great as well as information on getting bus limousines by OCAT next door. The underground Namba walk was a cool experience. Next door downstairs had a supermarket that provided groceries at a good price. I highly recommend staying here. Very convenient to train stations and easy walk to shopping areas close by. "

No issues whatsoever; was expecting more of a language barrier but some of the staff speak way more English than I speak Japanese, so no problems- not that I would expect Japanese people to necessarily speak a foreign language in their home country anyway!
