"When I visited Tokyo last year I stayed at LYF in Ginza and when I was planning my Tokyo trip for this year I saw that LYF opened a location in Shibuya and I already knew that I had to stay there! Best decision ever. I like how the hotel is walkable to everything and I would say the area is pretty quiet. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean and has enough space for my liking. Probably the best hotel stay I’ve had. I will for sure be staying here on my next Tokyo trip. "

"This hotel is new and didn’t lack any amenities. The service and staff were all helpful and willing to help. I was impressed with the room and the location which was in the heart of Shinjuko with lots of restaurants in the area. It was also easy to get to the subway which was also within walking distance. I experienced the spa with a massage and it was one of the best massages I have had. The spa is located on the 45th floor with an outstanding view of the city. The beds were extremely comfortable which made for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was great and offered many choices. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Even better than expected. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and full of amenities. The staff were friendly always. I loved that you can leave your luggage in a safe area to go around the city before check-in, and the breakfast was great. The breakfast area gets crowded (I had to wait for half an hour) so make sure to go early if you have an appointment."
