"Decently sized rooms and great location, on the “quieter” side of Shinjuku. Perfect for a stay with a young family. Would definitely recommend. Very easy to walk to station, shops, etc. Bed was a little too firm - we had 3 king singles which was perfect for us however. "

"Location was great. It was a big room and had everything you needed including a washing machine. The bidet could of been better and I wish the room cleaning wasn’t something you had to pay for. For longer stays there is Limited Room cleaning for towels and trash."

They have a lot of room amenities (I cannot remember them all from our stay last month but I recall being impressed). It is close to the subway lines. There have a lot of staff in the lobby to help visitors. Ikebukuro has a lively vibe and lots of restaurants and department stores. "
