"I booked the double room which was spotless. Room is tiny but the bathroom made up for it. I enjoyed the shower and tub. The window is small if you're claustrophobic. They do offer daily housekeeping. Plenty of taxis at the lobby and near the restaurants. Shinjuku Station is about 10 min walk. Overall, we had a great stay."

"Great stay as always. Right by the Crosswalk Scramble with Mega Don Quixote nearby. Airport Limo pick up is right at the entrance making it very convenient. They also offer luggage store for those who still want to shop before their flight. "

"Enjoyed our stayed at this hotel. Clean, accessible to bus (stop is right at the entrance) and metro and great, friendly staff. Rooms and beds are clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids.We appreciated the light breakfast in the morning and the yummy donuts available at the lobby.
