"初めて利用しました。お風呂は普通の家庭と同じ大きさのユニットバスが部屋についています。シンプルな部屋で時計やテレビがない分、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。久しぶりに会った友達と修学旅行みたいに過ごせて楽しかったです。３階の部屋を利用しましたが、夜間隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえることもありませんでした。 2階には24時間使えるラウンジがあります。一部飲み物も無料で提供しており良心的です。お風呂と夕食は近隣の施設を利用しました。駅近だし飲食店も歩いて行けますので不便さはありません。朝食はサンドイッチと飲み物の提供があります。カフェのメニューがとても美味しそうです。一階のカフェは朝7時からオープンしており宿泊者だけでなく登山前のお客さんもいました。朝から夜まで空いているので登山後に帰る前にお茶をしたりちょっと遅めのランチも食べられます。 オプションで焚き火体験を追加しました。初めてでしたがチェアーや薪割り道具も全て揃っています。焚き火でベーコンやマシュマロを焼いたり、ワイワイ楽しめました。このエリアは初めて訪れましたが、また利用したいと思います。"

"Everyone was nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are good size. Sheets and towels were changed every 3 days but for the 3 weeks we were there the comforter were not washed. We traveled with a baby and comforter/blankets got dirty ( left them on floor on purpose so they can see stains and change it) but they will just folded it and put it back in closet. "Good value, we liked this quieter side of Shinjuku but the bathroom has an awful sewer smell all the time. If the bathroom door is closed it’s fine. Overall, for the price we loved the space was we had 4 large suitcases, 1 carry on and 4 large back packs. We are a family of 4 travelling, so space was important for us."
