"Stayed in a female only cabin. Everything was very clean in the rooms and the shared toilets. The instructions on classifying the rubbish is very clear and can definitely be understood by tourists who don’t read Japanese. The staff can speak in both Japanese and English. They were very helpful and friendly. They offered to help me check out before I even asked for it. The surrounding area is a residential area so it’s very quiet and safe. I walked to the hostel from the station a few times...

"It is a perfect stay if you are budget minded. There is a lawson and matsuya next to the hostel as well as the hostel being a cafe itself. If you want to go to shimokitazawa or shinjuku you can take yoyogi hachiman which is close by. The beds are comfortable, have two power outlets, and storage for 2 medium sized luggage. The staff clean and mop the floor everyday around 12pm"

"チェックインの男の方は無愛想で、何も教えてくれない。ベッドの場所を聞くと空いてるところどこでも良いですよと言ってくれた。でも、悪い人ではなさそう。女子専用の場所に泊まったせいか、静かだし、まあまあ綺麗。チェックアウトが、14：30というのが良く、ゆっくりできた。泊まっている人は、ほぼ外人さん。シャワーの時にバスタオルがついているのが良い。あと、ドライヤーも。スリッパはないので、自分でスリッパを持参した方がよいと思った。また、利用したい。"

However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. "Location was really fabulous for first timers in Tokyo! Anything you need was there. It was clean and staff really friendly. Some great restaurants nearby (Kinka was a fave- make reservations). The secret 7-11 up the road to your left when you exit the hotel has the smoothie machine!!!! "This hotel is new and didn’t lack any amenities. The service and staff were all helpful and willing to help. I was impressed with the room and the location which was in the heart of Shinjuko with lots of restaurants in the area. It was also easy to get to the subway which was also within walking distance. I experienced the spa with a massage and it was one of the best massages I have had. The spa is located on the 45th floor with an outstanding view of the city. The beds were extremely comfortable which made for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was great and offered many choices. I definitely recommend this hotel."
