Hotel staff were very helpful and even arranged our luggage to be transported onto our next hotel - for a fee of course. Drawbacks as follows; - rental items are a great idea but rely on people not renting items for their entire stay. If people returned items after using then everyone would get a turn. - normal for Japan but there was no cupboard space to unpack. The room could...

It’s clean, staff are helpful, the room is so clean, and even the bathroom is clean and technologically advanced. It’s hard to get out of the shower because it feels so good to take shower. We loved it so much. If I ever visit Osaka again, I will return to this place. "
