"Location was very convenient. The hotel is on the 9th floor of a building that also has stores for shopping and also restaurants. Almost felt like I didn’t need to leave the building. It is also very close to the Osaka Station and has a bridge that connects making it easy for transportation. Room was clean and had plenty of space"

"Awesome building, within walking distance to all the restaurants, activities etc. had everything you could need in the building as well, 7/11, laundry, bath, bar. Really a great stay! "

"It was an excellent stay, the entire staff stood out, very polite and helpful, the only disappointment was the dining accommodations were not explained while checking in regarding reservations for the evening at the restaurant, we went to dine but the staff stated when needed a reservation, kind of odd but understandable, we did not dine."

"We arrived early so I messaged ahead to request an early check-in. We really appreciated their willingness to accommodate our request so we could enjoy the rest of the day enjoying Osaka. Our room was small, but the beds were comfortable and towels luxurious. It was a nice place to rest after a full day of sight seeing. "
