The location is excellent being on the doorstep of several nice towns in the Costwolds, as well as Bicester Village and Blenheim Palace. "Easy 20-30 mins walk into Oxford city. Parking fees covers from 3pm to 11am the next morning. Staff who helped us to check in was kind of rude. He was speaking too fast and when we asked for clarifications, his tone changed, as though we couldn’t understand English. We are from a first world English speaking country, just not UK. "

"Stayed one night, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was generally fine and bed comfortable. However window (secondary glazing inside a very old window) meant all noise from street outside was easily heard and there was quite a bit. Also temperature control on radiator almost impossible to move. I'm not really complaining, just providing hopefully helpful feedback on a couple of things that would be relatively easy to improve"
