"The hotel was a perfect location and the room was clean & spacious. Great parking and easy to find. The food at the hotel was ok, my fish and chips was sadly lacking fish & a taste. However my better half had pork shoulder that she really enjoyed. My own problem was the doors to the room never cut out any noise. The door slamming though out the night in the opposite room, over & over again. The loud talking in the corridor outside our room well into the early hours."

"Just an overnight stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice at the front of the property. Everything was very good except there was no hot water to shower. We were going out for the evening, but the shower problem was recetifed for the morning shower. We didnt eat there and had to leave early."

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed this before the under 5 minute drive into Cirencester where there is a nice village style high street with an array of eateries plus shops. Room was comfortable and quite spacious, shower room had a double walk in shower, heating was very toastie and we woke up too hot; could have and should have turned the radiators down but was nice...
