Only thing, the downstairs carpet sure needs to be changed and I didn’t get check in instructions on time. Had to find the phone number in the app and call host to get check in instructions. If I’m really honest I feel you would be pushed to have more than 2 adults staying or anyone with poor mobility as the stairs are very steep. "Elm Bank is a beautiful cottage in a perfect location in Lower Swell. The listing is accurate, if anything the pictures do not quite show you how large the cottage is. We were more than comfortable as a group of six adults.
