"Beautiful,, clean property with everything you needed, lovely uninterrupted views,. great hosts, perfect peace and tranquility. Great location, some lovely, pretty local pubs with great food. Booking again for next year. "

"Visiting family in Cotswold area, stayed in the Kinsale Cottage, 4 adults and a 2 1/2 year old. Downstairs with open livingroom/dining area - also the view of the lake is very nice and we sat on the deck whenever weather allowed. Upstairs the back bedroom is very nice, the 2 twins br are a cosy but doable, and the double worked as a childrens br. Neil was by to check with us, and also put in a gate for the stairs. Very happy to stay here again. We visited local spots: pubs, stone circles, RR...

"The Oxford studios was very cute and modern. It felt clean. There were some dishes that weren’t washed and instant coffee sachets that we open and not removed. Other than that very nice. Straight forward to enter the property. Communication with hosts was timely and efficient ."

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"A girlfriend and I wanted a few days R and R. This stunning property and location fitted the bill. The beds were so comfortable! Felt cocooned for a few days. Just what we needed. Would recommend the property to anyone wanted to get away from it all. Only downside was the check in process as it was dark by 4pm. We struggled to find the property despite good directions and then found we could not see very well to open the key box. "

Fantastic stay in centre of Oxford

"Fantastic location and very welcoming. Staff were lovely. Room was large and clean. Recommendation's are to offer a choice of pillow's as I found them way too firm but this is a personal choice. It would be great if they could find a way to offer breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely hotel in very central location. Was a bit worried about noise but it was fine in the end during the night. Moved rooms to have a separate bathroom and lovely host gave us a bottle of wine and some earplugs in case of noise. Highly recommend the No.1 Ship Street restaurant nearby!"
