"Quirky, slightly chaotic DIY guest house converted from an Edwardian pub. Once we got used to the self-service breakfast in the communal dining room, we found it a really comfortable stay. "Stayed for one night in the Burford room, which was an accessible room, with lots of space and a walk in wet room. It was under floor heated and therefore whilst being spacious was also cosy. "We only stayed for a couple of nights but we found Danni and her family very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. "This was a lovely property to stay for a visit to the Christmas event to Blenheim Palace. Parking was on the street pottage which you can pay via Ringo. Unfortunately it was for a limited time and so you can't pay to leave it there all day. Nice breakfast, included in the price. Room was large, beds really comfortable and very quiet. Would stay again. "

"Excellent value accommodation in an area where hotels etc are really expensive. Easy to check into reception, room is clean and has everything you’d need. It was very quiet and not many folk staying. Security is a bonus ….. we were really impressed and will come again. "

"First of all, this property overlooks gorgeous meadows, and in the morning you’ll wake up to birdsong and golden hour (there are blackout curtains though, should you need them). I saw so many varieties of birds, I almost bought a birding guide just for my stay. My favorite were the magpies.
