Self check-in is leading edge; every guest gets a unique front door code that works from 3:00 PM on check-in and stops working at 11:00 AM on checkout. Having said that, breakfast is nothing special; pre packaged items pastries and fruit. If you wish, you can cook your own as long as you clean up after yourself."

"This is the real Hawaii! The property is located in a relatively remote area about 30 minutes south of Pahoa. Beautiful setting in the middle of a forest not too far from the beach.
